Shipping & Handling

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered completely and correctly at checkout. This helps avoid delivery issues and ensures your package arrives within the estimated time frame.

Order Processing Time:
All orders require 1–5 business days to process and prepare before shipment. This includes weekends and high-volume periods where orders may lean toward the longer end of that window.

Shipping Time:
Once your package has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Address Issues:
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@alovinails.com. We’ll do our best to make the correction if the order has not yet shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, AloviNails is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee. Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the order.
No refunds will be issued for returned shipments due to address errors.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information shows the package as “delivered,” but you haven’t received it, you must contact the shipping carrier (usually USPS or UPS).
Unfortunately, AloviNails is not liable for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
